Annual Church Profile: What, Why & How?

Colorado Southern Baptist Churches are asked to complete the Annual Church Profile (ACP) to report your church's legal, historical and leadership information.  This information is useful to communicate leadership changes with other SBC entities and allows our national agencies to understand national ministry trends.
